NETELLER Case Ends
After previously being siezed by the USAO, NETELLEr can now start paying back its American customers, since their funds have been frozen in their accounts for the past few months.
NETELLER agrees to pay back all that is owed to both the customers and the American government as part of the $136 Million US agreement.
The USA will keep a strong neck grip on the originally Canadian company by keeping its personel inside the company for the following two years. Part of the agreement entails allowing full cooperation of the company with US officials as they wad through all the personal and non-personal information contained in the company.
Since NETELLER is a public company, the USA feels that their newly founded agreement works best for both the company and its shareholders.
